ok, so my girl scout troop is running a Halloween party for the other troops in our town. What are some cute and creative craft/game ideas for girls between the ages of 5 and 12 years old?

btw – we’re not allowed to make crafts with food that would not be able to be eaten (ex – no macaroni art or anything like that)
