This easy no cook snack mix is a fun recipe to make with your child. It works great for Halloween or for any kind of event. Even for a school snack or after school snack.

It’s also a great activity to do with your child. Kids love to measure and mix things and this is a perfect venue for teaching your ever-curious child how to measure things properly, how to follow directions and how to make and eat something that’s delicious!

Have fun bonding with your child and making something good at the same time!

What you’ll need:

Here’s another really easy and fun snack mix to make for Halloween (or use for any kind of snack for your kiddo!) This is one of my favorites because it’s easy to do and fun to eat. All your spooky little witches and guests will gobble this up. Make it ahead of time and store it until you need it. That’s the “easy” part. Eat it at your own risk, though! It’s addicting!

There are many different traditional Halloween recipes floating around. These recipes make this particular holiday a favorite among many people. You can choose from a beverage recipe, or a cookie recipe, some even like cake recipes. Here, I will introduce you to a couple of different recipes that you may find enjoyable to put up at your next Halloween party.

They may not be the traditional Halloween recipes that you have come to grow and love throughout your life, but they are some of my favorites. Once you put these ingredients together and spruce up your tricky treat, you are sure to find that you love them. Who knows, you may even elect to allow these recipes to start a new tradition among your friends, relatives, neighbors, and coworkers! The first that we will start with are basic crispy Halloween treats.

In order to make some spooky spectacular crispy traditional Halloween recipes, you will need to gather some basic supplies. First, get up about a half a cup of butter and enough marshmallows to fill up nine or ten cups. Now, you will want to get a box of cereal out – Rice Crispys is the ideal brand. Now, get out all those bags of candy corn and set aside about two cups of that. Now, you will want some of those little pumpkins that are actually candy, about a cup of chocolate chips, and some food coloring. Orange is the best color when it comes to this particular Halloween recipe.

Now, basically, all you have to do is to melt down the butter and all those yummy marshmallows and then mix them together. Once you have done all of this, mix together the rest of the ingredients. Then, mix in the marshmallow mix and pour in some orange food coloring. Allow everything to cool off, and then cut it all down into little cookies or bars. You will find this is one of the best traditional Halloween recipes out there!

Now, Halloween would not be complete without all those creative spooky Jell-O treats. I like to refer to this as “Spooky Slime”. It is really easy to create! All you have to do is purchase some big boxes of lime, or green colored, Jell-O. You will want to follow the instructions listed on the Jell-O packaging in order to create this particular product. Now, you will want to gather some spooky looking candy.

This can be gummy worms, spiders, or whatever else you can find. Simply mix this in the Jell-O for some huge fun! If adults will be consuming this product, you may throw a splash of Vodka in for some added fun! That’s all there is to creating some great traditional Halloween recipes!
